I want to tell you that it’s no time to complain, but to act and to make the most of this time to take care of those we love and of ourselves too. Maybe we hadn’t realize, but we do need to take care of ourselves. Who would have ever thought we should have to take this break?! Unfortunately, it’s like that and it’s time to be responsible and to focus on really taking care of ourselves in order to enhance our own well-being and the well-being of people around us.

All of us already know that the nervous system, when altered, ends up weakening our immune system. To avoid that, we suggest you an easy meditation exercise to calm you down, because if you are calm, everything is going to be better. What is more, this calm is contagious! And this is probably the role we should play now: calm us down, find our inner peace and so positively influence others.

  1. Sit down straight and relaxed. If it’s difficult for you to keep this position, sit down on a chair with your feet on the floor, not crossing your legs, and with your back resting on the back of the chair.


  1. Inhale deeply our AROMA RESCUE roll-on, apply a small amount onto the palm of your hand and rub your hands. Close your eyes and bring your hands to your face to inhale deeply its lavender aroma.


  1. Inhale deeply, breathing from the abdomen. Hold your breath for a moment and exhale slowly. Try to keep your tongue tip slightly touching the soft palate. Repeat 3 times.


  1. Focus your attention on breathing, slowly and calmly but deeply. Take 7 breaths and reconnect with the here and now.


  1. Then focus your attention on your heart. Inhale bringing the air to your heart while you visualize a soft, bright and transparent green color that surrounds your heart. This color  spreads from your heart all over your body, so this bright green light surrounds you completely. When you inhale, you blend this green light with all your cells. When you exhale, you release tension, sadness and all your feelings. All you have to do is take care of yourself and of people around you.


  1. End up by leading your love from your heart to every member of your family. A sweet energy will surround you.


  1. Finally, open your eyes and stretch, but slowly, take your time.
