Aplicar después de la ducha con la piel húmeda y realizar un masaje suave para facilitar la absorción. En caso de estrés, masajear el plexo solar, la nuca, la parte interior de las muñecas y la planta de los pies antes de acostarse.
Frecuencia: a diario, mañana o noche.
Precauciones: evitar el contacto con los ojos y las mucosas.
